In such cases, the Company selects as the contractor a party that meets a sufficient level of personal information protection, stipulates the matters necessary for the protection of personal information in the outsourcing agreement, etc., and provides appropriate management and supervision of the contractor.
The Company acquires personal-related information (as defined by the Personal Information Protection Act), such as web-page browsing history and search history, purchase history, behavioral history including location information, encrypted email addresses, cookies, and advertising IDs. When providing personal-related information held by the Company to a third party, the Company carries out appropriate confirmation in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. In addition, when the Company acquires, as personal information, personal-related information held by a third party, the Company obtains the consent of the individual in advance in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
When the Company receives a request from an individual or their agent for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of the contents, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter, “disclosure, etc.”) with respect to the personal information held by the Company, the Company will respond in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Method of Identity Verification
For a request by the individual: any one copy of a document issued by a public institution, such as a driver's license, certificate of residence, or health insurance card.
For a request by an agent: in addition to the personal-information disclosure request form, please enclose the following documents.

We will respond in writing or by electromagnetic record to the address stated on the requester's request form.
Fees
For notification of the purpose of use and requests for disclosure, the requester shall bear a fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) as the fee for the request. In addition, where it is clear that the cost of carrying out the disclosure, including processing of the data subject to disclosure, will exceed that amount, the requester shall additionally bear an amount equivalent to the actual costs corresponding to the content of the request, as the fee for carrying out the disclosure. In such cases, we will separately notify you of an estimate of the fee amount in advance. Please transfer the fee to the account designated by us. Please note that transfer fees are to be borne by the requester.
